Credit Controller Sheffield Manufacturing Permanent Beyond Talent Solutions are delighted to be partnering with a well-established manufacturing business in Sheffield to recruit a Credit Controller on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller who enjoys building strong customer relationships, takes pride in maintaining healthy cash flow, and is looking to join a friendly, supportive finance team within a successful manufacturing business. The role will include: Managing the sales ledger and customer accounts Chasing outstanding invoices by telephone and email Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers Resolving invoice and payment queries Allocating customer payments accurately Reconciling customer accounts Producing aged debtor reports and monitoring overdue balances Escalating overdue accounts where appropriate Liaising with internal departments to resolve account queries Supporting the Finance Manager with ad hoc finance duties as required About you: Previous experience in a Credit Control role Excellent communication and negotiation skills Confident communicating with customers and internal stakeholders Organised, proactive and able to manage your own workload Strong attention to detail and accuracy Experience within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous, but is not essential Available to start at short notice would be beneficial What''s on offer: Permanent role Friendly, ..... full job details .....
