Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure outstanding debts are collected in a timely manner. Contact customers regarding overdue invoices through. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to resolve any payment issues or disputes. Reconcile customer accounts and handle payment queries. Maintain accurate records of all communication with customers regarding payments. Report on aged debt and payment trends to the finance team. Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to address any credit-related issues. Process credit checks for new customers and ensure compliance with credit terms.
