Processing and raising invoices. Data entry and administration. Chasing outstanding debt and resolving invoice queries. Managing timesheets and time processing activities. Supporting day-to-day operational activities. Working closely with the Manager and the wider team on monthly reporting. Ensuring emails and queries are actioned within agreed timeframes. What We''re Looking For: Strong administrative and finance background. Previous experience with invoicing and finance-related processes. Excellent attention to detail. Experience managing high volumes of work accurately. Ability to organise and improve processes. Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
