Credit Controller initial 3-month contract (immediate start) up to £34,000 per annumAltum Consulting are partnering with a life sciences business to appoint an experienced Credit Controller on an initial 3-month contract. This role sits within a fast-paced, customer-centric environment where delivering an exceptional B2C experience is paramount.Key ResponsibilitiesManage credit control processes, including chasing overdue payments via phoneHandle customer queries and resolve payment issues efficiently and professionallyPerform account reconciliations and maintain accurate customer recordsProactively collect outstanding funds while maintaining strong customer relationshipsIdentify opportunities for process improvements to enhance controls and efficiencySupport month-end activities and reporting as requiredSkills and Experience2-3 years'' experience in credit control or accounts receivable, ideally within a B2C environmentStrong reconciliation skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindsetExcellent communication skills, with the ability to balance collections with a premium customer experienceHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsAdvanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similarFor further information on this new role please contact Anya Keinzley on the attached details.
