We''re looking for a confident and proactive individual who enjoys building relationships with customers, taking ownership of debt collection activities, and helping to drive continuous improvement across credit control processes.The RoleAs Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring outstanding debts are collected in a timely manner while maintaining excellent customer relationships.Alongside the day-to-day credit control duties, you''ll also have the opportunity to review existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements that support the wider finance function.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively chase outstanding debt via telephone, email and written correspondenceBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure prompt paymentInvestigate and resolve customer queries and disputes relating to invoicesMonitor customer accounts and review credit limits where requiredProduce aged debt reports and provide regular updates to managementReconcile customer accounts and allocate ..... full job details .....
