You will be instrumental in ensuring accurate financial reporting and efficient credit control.Day-to-day of the role:Responsible for all aspects of credit controlChasing debt by telephone, letter and emailProducing aged debtor reportEscalating bad debt to seniorsDownload data and process monthly bank payments for freelance contractorsConducting monthly reconciliations between multiple platforms, bank payments, and Sage AccountsIssue monthly statements and payment reminders to customersUpdate the debt control spreadsheet weekly with actions takenRequired Skills and Qualifications:Previous relevant work experience with a strong working knowledge of SageExperience in a credit control-based roleHigh level of organisational and work scheduling skillsExcellent customer service skills with the ability to efficiently handle telephone enquiriesHigh competency with office applications such as Email, Word, ExcelIT proficiency in learning/adapting to bespoke systemsCommitment to the aims and objectives of the charityFlexible working approach and excellent time management skillsAbility to work independently and within a teamHow to Apply:To apply for the ..... full job details .....
