This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, building strong customer relationships and delivering results. You will manage your own customer ledger, driving cash collection, resolving queries and helping the team achieve its monthly targets. The Role Reporting to the Credit Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing a ledger of B2B customer accounts. Proactively chasing outstanding debt via telephone Working towards team cash collection targets and reducing aged debt, with a particular focus on 90+ day balances. Investigating and resolving customer queries promptly to ensure service levels and agreed SLAs are maintained. Reviewing and assessing customer credit limits when required.
