KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectorsJob Title: Credit Control Tutor / AssessorLocation: RemoteSalary: £32,000 pro rataType: Full Time, 3-month FTC (possibility to be extended)Criteria for all candidates:Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.Must hold a recognised Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above: PTLLS/AET. Experience in delivering Apprenticeships, ideally within the finance or business sectors.Occupational experience within credit control, debt recovery, or financial operations - with an understanding of credit management.Must be IT Literate.Duties include:Teach/assess learners working towards Apprenticeships in Credit Control and Collection.Meet Assessor KPI''s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners'' skills knowledge and behavioursOrganise and maintain documentation on learners'' progress.Support, advise and motivate learners.Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner''s needs.Support learners through to gateway, ensuring they are prepared for successful completion of their EPA.Personal Skills:Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectivelyConfident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate peopleQuality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learnersPlease note:KM Recruitment receive a high number of ..... full job details .....
