This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller who enjoys building relationships, improving processes and taking ownership of their ledger. The RoleManaging a large and varied customer ledger, you will play a key role in maintaining cash flow and supporting the financial health of the business. Key responsibilities will include:Managing and taking ownership of the Credit Control functionChasing outstanding debt via telephone and emailBuilding strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholdersResolving invoice and account queriesMaintaining accurate customer accounts, allocations and reconciliationsAssessing customer creditworthiness and setting up new accountsProducing aged debt reports and management informationNegotiating payment plans where requiredSupporting process improvements and identifying efficienciesAssisting with audit requirementsProviding occasional support to the Purchase Ledger function About YouWe are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service while maintaining strong financial controls.
