This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with strong leadership skills and a proven background in credit control and collections.As Credit Control Team Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the credit control function, support and develop a team of credit controllers, and help ensure outstanding debts are collected efficiently while maintaining strong customer relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage the credit control teamMonitor debtor balances and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoicesAllocate workloads and support team performanceHandle escalated customer queries and complex accountsProduce aged debt reports and management informationBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal departmentsReview and improve credit control processes and proceduresEnsure compliance with company policies and financial controlsAssist with month-end reporting and cash flow forecastingSkills and Experience RequiredPrevious experience in a credit control or accounts receivable roleProven experience managing or supervising a teamStrong communication and negotiation skillsExcellent organisational and problem-solving abilitiesConfident using finance systems and Microsoft ExcelAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong ..... full job details .....
