Description

The key responsibilities for the role of Credit Control Supervisor (REMOTE) includes:

  • Manage and analyse customer accounts to ensure timely payments and identify potential credit risks.
  • Lead the credit control function, including supervising and developing one direct report.
  • Forecast cash flow and support month-end reporting with aged debt analysis and commentary.
  • Oversee credit management, including credit insurance and onboarding new clients.
  • Drive process improvements across the credit control function and collaborate with Operations and Commercial teams.

Profile

A successful Credit Control Supervisor (REMOTE) should have:

  • Previous experience in credit control or accounting within the FMCG industry.
  • A strong understanding of accounting principles and credit management processes.
