Managing a small team of long standing credit controllers this is a mix of hands on and team leader responsibilities.As a Credit Control Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of managing escalated issues, negotiating resolutions, and overseeing the setup of new customer accounts. Your role will be crucial in monitoring customer credit limits, sending monthly debt letters, and initiating legal proceedings when necessary.
