Credit Control Supervisor

Agilis Search are proud to be supporting an established employer based in Bury St Edmunds with the recruitment of a Credit Control Supervisor.Managing a small team of long-standing credit controllers, this is a mix of hands on and team leader responsibilities.Responsibilities:Managing escalated issues, negotiating resolutions, and overseeing the setup of new customer accounts.Monitoring customer credit limits, sending monthly debt letters, and initiating legal proceedings when necessary.Handling ROT claims, accounts in liquidation, and bad debts, ensuring the company''s interests are protected at all times.Building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersIdentifying and implementing process improvementsKey skills:Experience in supervising a team.Providing guidance and support to your team.Responding to day-to-day queries, authorising holiday requests, and coaching team members with constructive feedback.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in credit control, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex issues.This role is based full time site based.
