They collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales people, and the Controlling Operations team in Bangalore, which supports the UK market by handling transactional processes. While the offshore team doesn''t report directly to the UK Controllership, it operates under the team''s guidance to ensure accurate and timely reporting. The role of the OTC Coordinator is particularly important and exciting as the individual will be part of the OTC team, supporting the OTC Manager who is responsible for the full end to end process of Order to Cash, having direct contact with the Sales and Strategy teams.
