Your new role Our client is looking for someone to join an established credit team dealing with your own high-volume portfolio of clients'' main duties will include Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and collecting outstanding debt. Monitoring customer credit limits and escalating high-risk accounts where appropriate. Building strong relationships with customers through regular telephone and email communication. Investigating and resolving invoice disputes promptly to facilitate payment. Maintaining accurate records of all credit control activity and account updates.
