Are you a confident Credit Controller ready for your next challenge? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business based in Kinning Park. With a growing portfolio, this is a key role supporting the finance team as the company continues to expand.

We are keen to speak with individuals who are customer-focused and consistently go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Key Responsibilities
* Managing bank allocations and processing client payments
* Issuing payment reminders and chasing overdue debts
* Handling queries via phone and email, ensuring excellent customer service
* Liaising with property managers and solicitors in relation to property sales
* Managing Direct Debit collections and online card payments
* Preparing fund collection reports and overseeing contractor invoices

What We''re Looking For
* Proven experience in credit control, with a strong track record of debt recovery
* A confident, proactive approach to managing customer accounts
* Strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
* Experience with RPM systems would be advantageous
