This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong stakeholder management skills and a proven background in credit control within a professional services environment.Operating in a hybrid working model, you will play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow and building strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively manage and collect outstanding debt across a portfolio of clientsBuild and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including partners and fee earnersResolve invoice queries efficiently to minimise payment delaysMonitor aged debt reports and take appropriate action to reduce exposureConduct regular account reviews and agree payment plans where necessaryProduce credit control reports and provide updates to senior managementEnsure adherence to company credit policies and proceduresSupport month-end processes and cash allocation activitiesAbout YouProven experience in credit control within a professional services environment (e.g. legal, consultancy, accounting)Strong communication and negotiation skillsConfident liaising with senior stakeholders and clientsHighly organised with ..... full job details .....
