The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, resolving queries efficiently, supporting cash flow management and ensuring outstanding debts are collected in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities Managing and maintaining customer accounts to ensure prompt payment of invoices. Chasing outstanding debt via telephone, email and written correspondence.
