Dutch Speaking Credit Controller Location: Colchester Hours: 37.5 hours per week Pay Rate: £13.50 - £14.35 per hour (dependent on experience) Working Pattern: Office-based initially, then hybrid (2 days working from home) Benefits: Free on-site parkingThe RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Dutch Speaking Credit Controller to join a busy and supportive finance team based in Colchester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and previous credit control experience to manage a portfolio of Dutch-speaking accounts.Following an initial training period in the office, the role offers hybrid working with the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively chase outstanding invoices from Dutch-speaking clients via phone and emailManage and maintain the aged debt ledger, ensuring timely collectionsCommunicate effectively in both Dutch and EnglishInvestigate and resolve invoice queries and disputesAccurately allocate incoming paymentsBuild and maintain positive relationships with customersPerform credit checks and support credit risk managementEscalate high-risk or overdue accounts where necessarySupport reporting and assist with cash flow forecastingAbout YouFluent in Dutch and English (essential)Previous experience in credit control or accounts receivableConfident communicator with strong negotiation skillsOrganised, with excellent attention to detailAble to manage a high-volume workload and prioritise ..... full job details .....
