In this role, you will work closely with Customer Success and Operations to improve payment collections and optimise debt recovery processes.What You''ll DoYou''ll be responsible for:Managing the collection of overdue and defaulted payments, liaising with customers and finance providers to minimise cancellations and maximise recovery outcomesProactively monitoring and recovering outstanding debt, ensuring timely escalation of high-risk or aged accountsReconciling insurer account statements and investigating and resolving discrepancies in collaboration with internal teamsReconciling payment provider accounts, ensuring accurate allocation of funds to customer recordsManaging and resolving payment queries efficiently while delivering a high standard of customer serviceWorking closely with internal departments to resolve issues and improve processesSupporting the maintenance of accurate financial records in line with internal controls and audit requirementsMonitoring aged debt and contributing to reporting on collections performanceIdentifying trends in customer behaviour, payment issues and customer feedback to support continuous improvementProviding actionable insights to enhance processes, customer experience and overall service deliveryEnsuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and financial proceduresWhat You''ll Need to ..... full job details .....
