If you''re looking for a role where your voice is heard and your expertise is trusted, this is it.Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:Managing and developing a team of two experienced Credit ControllersDriving the development and implementation of a new credit control platformHandling customer excess disputes and supporting invoice adjustmentsOverseeing daily BACS postings across multiple remitsReconciling accounts and supporting new account transitions and rate changesLeading projects such as the rollout of HubSpot and workflow automationResolving complex account queries, including those up to litigationBuilding more efficient processes and supporting transformation initiativesWhat you will need:Previous experience in a similar role (Senior Credit Controller, Credit Control Team Leader, Credit Manager, Collections Manager, Accounts Receivable Manager)Strong background in high-volume, low-value credit control environmentsProven ability to upskill and motivate teams, ideally with ..... full job details .....
