Credit Control ManagerA well-established UK manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Credit Control Manager to lead its receivables function. This role is responsible for driving cash collection, reducing debtor days, managing credit risk, and leading a high-performing team. Strong, hands-on SAP experience is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and improve cash collection performance, reducing overdue debt and debtor daysLead and manage the credit control team with clear targets and accountabilityIdentify and resolve payment issues, disputes, and process inefficienciesUse SAP data to prioritise high-risk/high-value accounts and drive cash recoveryManage credit limits, account blocks, and escalations to minimise riskPartner with Sales and commercial teams to balance cash flow and customer relationshipsLead negotiations on payment plans and complex collectionsProduce clear reporting on cash performance, risks, and actionsContinuously improve processes to enhance cash conversionSAP (Essential)Manage credit control and AR processes within SAPRun and interpret aged debt and exposure reportsMaintain accurate customer dataControl credit limits, blocks, and releasesSkills and ExperienceProven leadership experience in Credit Control / Accounts ReceivableStrong, hands-on SAP experience (essential)Experience managing or supervising a teamSolid understanding of credit risk, cash flow, and debt recoveryStrong analytical, communication, and negotiation skillsProfileCommercially ..... full job details .....
