Credit Control Manager Aylesford, Kent Up to £35,000 per annum Full-time Permanent Office-based The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Control Manager to join a well-established and growing business based in Aylesford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and proactive credit professional to take ownership of the credit control function and lead from the front. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the day-to-day credit control function Lead, motivate, and develop the credit control team Monitor aged debt and implement effective collection strategies Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure timely payments Review and improve existing credit control processes and procedures Allocate cash, reconcile accounts, and resolve complex queries Produce regular reports on debtor performance and KPIs Work closely with senior management to reduce risk and improve cash flow About You Proven experience in a Credit Control or Accounts Receivable role, ideally at a supervisory or management level Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident working with finance systems and Excel Proactive, driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment What''s on Offer Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience Full-time, office-based role in Aylesford Opportunity to play a key role in shaping the credit control ..... full job details .....
