Credit Control Manager

Credit Control Manager Pinpoint Resourcing are working with an exciting business who are seeking a Credit Control Manager to join their team. Duties: Lead, coach, and develop the Credit Control team Oversee collections and ensure accurate payment processing Manage escalated debtor accounts and legal referrals Resolve customer disputes with internal stakeholders Maintain accurate customer account records Manage external debt collection agency relationships Drive process improvements and team efficiency Conduct one-to-one meetings and performance reviews.
