Key responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of Credit Control/AR professionals. Manage credit control across multiple European entities, including collections, credit limits, cash allocation and aged debt. Drive consistent processes around customer onboarding, credit risk and credit insurance. Monitor KPIs, DSO and working capital, providing clear reporting to senior management.
