The Role As Credit Control Manager, you''ll lead a team of Credit Controllers while taking ownership of the wider credit management strategy. You''ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to improve collections, manage customer risk and implement best practice across the function. This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to influence how the department operates and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing Credit Control team. Drive cash collection performance and improve debtor days (DSO). Manage customer credit risk, including reviewing credit limits and high-risk accounts. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and accelerate collections. Produce meaningful reporting on debt, cash collection and credit risk. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of the Credit Control function.
