Credit Control - LondonSeeking a Credit Controller for a 3-month contract within a media company located in Central London. In this position you will be responsible for supporting the business in managing the company''s overall debt position in line with the Credit policy and proactively reduce aged debt!Responsibilities:Maintain and update daily all sales ledgers for new and existing customers, contact details, billing addresses etc.Create and post invoices by class/type of customerInvoice clients accurately and in a timely fashionReceive remittances and update ledgersReconcile daily revenue streamsMaintain all sale ledgers daily and reconcile control accountsMaintain effective relationships and communication with key stakeholdersProvide remittance statements monthlyLiaise with customers re outstanding balances and collect sameIdentify potential bad debtsHandle queries efficiently and in a professional mannerProvide an aged debtor and collections analysis on a weekly basisProvide monthly sales analysis by division and type of customerLiaise and communicate daily with Finance Controller re financial position of ledgersIssue credit notes following authorisation from Finance ControllerLiaise with marketing departments re sponsorship, training, and events incomeCommunicate with purchase ledger controller with regards to possible contra payments and obtain authority to process same from Finance ControllerTo be considered for the role, candidates must be available to start the ..... full job details .....
