You''ll manage your own portfolio of accounts, work closely with internal stakeholders, and play an important role in supporting cash flow and reducing aged debt.Key Responsibilities• Managing a portfolio of customer accounts from invoicing through to collection • Proactively driving cash collection and reducing outstanding debt • Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders • Investigating and resolving invoice queries and disputes efficiently • Monitoring customer accounts and reviewing credit risk exposure • Producing aged debt analysis and supporting cash flow reporting • Working collaboratively with teams across Finance, Sales and Operations • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and controls • Supporting month-end activities, reconciliations and reporting ..... full job details .....
