The role combines hands on premium credit control with team leadership, stakeholder management and process improvement. Key Responsibilities Manage the day to day activities and workload of the Credit Control team. Support, coach and develop team members, ensuring agreed service levels and targets are achieved. Manage and reduce aged premium debt across the portfolio. Act as an escalation point for complex credit control and premium queries.
