Credit ControlPermanentFull-Time Hours - Office BasedBradfordUp to 27,000Free ParkingYour new role Working as part of a busy Credit Control team, you will take responsibility for managing a portfolio of customer accounts and ensuring outstanding balances are collected in a timely manner.Some of the daily duties involved will include:Managing and maintaining a section of the sales ledger.Chasing overdue accounts via telephone, email and written correspondence.Building positive working relationships with customers to resolve payment issues efficiently.Allocating and reconciling customer payments.Processing and balancing incoming bank payments.Investigating and resolving account queries, proof of delivery requests and payment disputes.Liaising with internal departments and the wider sales team regarding overdue accounts and customer issues.Supporting the wider finance function and assisting with ad hoc duties when required.The role offers a varied ..... full job details .....
