Description
- Monitor and manage the accounts receivable ledger to ensure timely payments.
- Contact clients to follow up on overdue invoices in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Resolve payment discrepancies and client queries efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain accurate credit control reports for management review.
- Assist in assessing creditworthiness of new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the wider Accounting & Finance team to streamline processes.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Profile
A successful Credit Control professional should have:
- A gained previous experience in similar Debt Advisory, Credit Control or Customer Service Role
- Friendly, out going and hard working personality
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration
- Willingness to progress and learn
