A great opportunity is available in Blackpool for an experienced Credit Controller to work in a privately owned media company. This is a fast paced business who operates globally with their main customer base being in the USA.You will have responsibility for your own ledger and a summary of duties will includeSole responsibility for processing daily banking and allocating customer payments to correct account and invoices by BACS, Cheque and CardInvoicing customers through either customer web portal or hard copyChasing and negotiation of debts with customers by e-mail or by telephoneSet up all new customer accounts including pro formasSetting credit limits for customers based on online reports or through our credit insurance brokersCash flow reportingCredit card reconciliationsOther ad hoc duties as required by the finance team.Due to the client base being in the USA working hours will reflect this and there will be a requirement to work 2 evening a week with flexible start time 3 days.In return you can expect a competitive salary, great working environment and even more importantly support of a highly experienced team.
