Client Details An organisation within the industrial and manufacturing sector, based in Colwick. This is an office based role. Description  Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure payments are up to date. Handle queries related to invoices and payments with professionalism and efficiency. Prepare and issue reminders for overdue accounts. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies. Work closely with the finance team to maintain accurate records. Assist in generating reports on outstanding debts and payment trends. Provide administrative support to the credit control team as required.
