Credit and Risk Analyst

Credit Risk Analyst Location: Leicestershire Hybrid (2 days in office) Salary: Competitive+ Benefits SF Recruitment is working with an established and successful business to recruit a Credit Risk Analyst into their Finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Credit Risk, Credit Control or a similar finance role who enjoys working with financial information, assessing risk and supporting commercial decisions. The role offers the opportunity to develop your analytical skills, gain exposure to more complex credit assessments and work closely with experienced members of the finance team.Working closely with the Head of Credit, you''ll be responsible for: Reviewing financial statements, management accounts and other financial information to support credit assessments.Assessing customer creditworthiness and identifying potential financial risks.Monitoring credit exposures and supporting decisions around credit limits.Assisting with annual and ad-hoc credit reviews.Preparing monthly credit risk reports and management information.Identifying trends, potential risks and areas requiring further investigation.Liaising with customers/members and internal finance teams to gather information and resolve queries.Supporting improvements to credit processes, controls and reporting.
