Responsibilities

Assisting relationship managers with credit applications/reviews, financial analysis, cashflow modelling and covenant monitoring (Real Estate portfolio)

Preparing various reports, AML reviews and maintaining management information (MI) reports

Credit administration

Qualifications

Credit analysis for a private banking/real estate portfolio and cash flow modelling

Strong Excel skills

Excellent communication skills both written and oral

Knowledge of AML procedures

Location and ScheduleThis role will initially be working 5 days a week in the London office, to get to know the bank, processes, systems etc and will then transition to hybrid (3 days a week in the office) as the successful candidate settles in.
