Reporting to the Head of Credit Approval, this role will support the assessment and approval of BTL and commercial financing proposals, ensuring strong credit quality, effective risk management and adherence to internal policies and UK regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Assess BTL and commercial financing proposals against credit policy and delegated mandate. Analyse financial information and identify key credit risks, mitigants and areas requiring further investigation. Review credit applications and liaise with Relationship Managers to resolve queries within agreed turnaround times. Ensure credit proposals and supporting documentation meet internal requirements before submission for approval. Monitor the performance and ongoing dynamics of the existing credit portfolio.
