At MSS Infrastructure Ltd , we are looking for an experienced Credit & Collections Manager to take ownership of one of the most critical functions in our business: converting revenue into cash and protecting the company''s working capital position. The role is responsible for maximising cash collection, reducing debt exposure and ensuring the financial strength of the business through effective credit management and collection performance. This is not simply a credit control management role. You will be the designated owner of the debtor ledger, accountable for collection performance across the business, and expected to drive a culture where debt recovery, cash forecasting and working capital management are treated as commercial priorities. As a department head, you will be expected to operate at a senior level, providing clear visibility of debt, cash performance and collection risks to the leadership team.
