Credit Administration Associate, Central Londonc 80,000 - c 90,000 base salary, bonus, and benefitsOur client, a leading Financial Services business, is looking to appoint someone who has experience of the following:- Understanding and interpreting LMA facility agreements and their clauses- Warehouse or construction deals- Creating cash flow models, including waterfall payment processesIf you have the above 3 bullet points of experienced ticked off, this may be a fantastic opportunity for you.Based in Central London sitting within a highly professional team of specialists, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of syndicated and bilateral UK and European investment and development loans, reviewing finance documents prior to loan close and through the life of the loan.You will create financial models, diarising conditions subsequent, construction milestones and any other significant events, including the provision of borrower reporting, in-line with the relevant finance documents.Liaising with borrowers and their representatives in relation to ensuring reporting and other information required under the relevant finance documents are provided in a timely manner.Coordinating with lenders, borrowers and their respective lawyers in respect to loan redemptions, restructuring, amendments, waivers and other adhoc requests.Processing transfers, setting up waterfalls and reviewing back-office calculations.Liaising with project monitors, borrowers and lenders with regard to ..... full job details .....
