We are currently seeking a Creative Teaching Assistant to join our team in Mitcham, Greater London. This is a temporary position with full-time hours. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons to students.Job Duties:

Assist teachers in preparing and delivering creative lesson plansSupport students in their learning and developmentHelp maintain a positive and inclusive learning environmentProvide one-on-one or small group support to students as neededAssist with classroom management and behaviour monitoringRequired Qualifications:

GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and MathsPrevious experience working with children or young peopleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsEducation:

Minimum of GCSEs or equivalentExperience:

Previous experience working with children or young peopleKnowledge and Skills:

Understanding of safeguarding proceduresAbility to work effectively in a teamGood organisational skillsPreferred Qualifications:
