Help learners, including those with SEND, make progress academically, practically, socially and emotionally. Create a safe, supportive, neuro-affirming and trauma-informed learning environment. Main Duties Plan and deliver engaging creative lessons using practical, visual and hands-on teaching methods. Adapt lessons to suit different learning needs, interests and support requirements. Assess coursework, portfolios and learner progress, giving clear and useful feedback. Set and review learner targets, track progress and support EHCP review evidence. Work with support staff, parents/carers and wider teams to help learners stay on track. Build links with cultural venues and community organisations, including trips, workshops and real-world learning. Requirements Able to start in September 2026 Teaching qualification at Level 3 minimum, with Level 4 or above desirable.
