This is an exciting opportunity to further develop and use your therapeutic knowledge and experience to deliver positive outcomes for our young people. This role will cover our homes across Northampton, Coventry and Nuneaton.You will provide a therapeutic service which is rooted in trauma and attachment informed models of care and is strongly led by a "brain-based" approach. You will be part of the clinical team providing strengths-based, needs and risk assessments, along with a PACE informed approach to provide clinical consultations and training to our therapeutic care staff.We think that our teams are the best in the industry - if you want to join us, there has never been a better time!Key ResponsibilitiesProvide specialist direct and indirect therapeutic assessment and intervention for children and adolescents.Complete therapeutic reports, clinical formulations and therapeutic care plans for the children we care for.Work as part of a MDT and within a Team around the Child framework.Support residential carer''s to build and connect with their key children from an attachment perspective and using principles underpinned by PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy.Have knowledge of safeguarding and risk in ..... full job details .....
