Creative Programme Manager

Montage Theatre Arts, a vibrant performing arts charity with a proud 28-year history, is recruiting a Creative Programme Manager to enhance the artistic output, children''s and young people''s experiences, and social purpose of the charity. We exist to open doors to the performing arts in Lewisham and empower young people to build their self-belief, grow their creative skills, and become thriving members of their community. We are community focused. This exciting and pivotal role will oversee the management of Montage''s creative programme. The role is varied, combining programme development, strategic planning, people management, event/production management, and creative ambition. This is a hands-on, people-focused position, playing a key part in overseeing our creative community and maintaining high safeguarding and health and safety standards. Working hours are split between our Lewisham office, activity venues, and home. Regular evening and Saturday working is required during term time.
