We’re seeking a creative strategist to join our London team and lead the development of high-performing, locally relevant marketing assets across digital channels. This role is at the intersection of creativity, data, and culture—helping shape campaigns that resonate in key European markets and drive results for a fast-moving travel brand.In this Role, you’ll be responsible for:

Leading the creation of performance-optimized marketing assets for social media, paid ads, email, app stores, and other digital channelsDeveloping market-specific creative adaptations for UK, Italian, and Spanish audiencesEstablishing and maintaining brand visual guidelines for rail marketingAdapting global campaigns to resonate with local markets while maintaining brand consistencyStaying current with regional trends, holidays, and platform behaviors to inform creative directionCollaborating with local teams and agencies to ensure cultural relevanceWhat you''ll Need to Succeed:

5+ years of experience in performance-driven creative marketing, preferably in travel or e-commerceProven track record of developing converting marketing creativesStrong understanding of Meta and TikTok advertising best practicesExperience with creative testing methodologies and optimizationExcellent collaboration skills to work with designers, copywriters, and market teamsWorking knowledge of Italian or SpanishExperience in marketing within UK/European marketsBackground in travel or transportation industryWhy Trip.com Group
