Creative Lead Graphic Designer

Are you an imaginative designer ready to take the lead on creative projects? We''re recruiting a Senior Graphic Designer / Creative Lead to join a growing toy business in Harrogate, shaping how its products and brands look across packaging, marketing and digital channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who can bring fresh ideas, turn briefs into standout creative work and help maintain a consistent, engaging brand identity. You''ll take ownership of projects from concept to completion and provide creative direction and support to colleagues along the way. What you''ll do Lead the development of creative concepts and visual direction across toy products, packaging and marketing campaigns. Create and oversee artwork for print and digital channels, including social media, advertising and promotional materials. Take projects from brief and initial concept through to final artwork and production, keeping work on schedule and to a high standard. Guide and support other designers, sharing feedback and helping raise the quality and consistency of creative output. Work with colleagues across the business to understand briefs and turn them into effective, engaging designs. Help evolve brand identities and ensure they are applied consistently across products and communications. Keep up with design trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.
