Are you a creative graduate with aspirations to become a therapist - in art therapy, drama therapy, play therapy, or counselling?
A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Inner London (E3 - Greenwich) is offering a unique opportunity for a Creative SEN Support Assistant to join their team full-time from September 2025. You''ll support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and social-emotional needs through engaging, expressive, and tailored approaches.

ROLE DETAILS
Creative SEN Support Assistant
Work with children with Autism, speech & language needs, and emotional regulation difficulties
Incorporate creativity into learning and wellbeing support
Full-time, term-time role starting September 2025
Based in a Greenwich primary school with a strong focus on inclusion and the arts
-105 - -115 per day (based on experience and qualifications)
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and the SENCO to create a nurturing environment
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Degree in Art, Drama, Music, Psychology, Education, or related field
Interest in therapeutic pathways (e.g., art/play/drama therapy, counselling)
Creative, compassionate, and emotionally attuned
Ability to engage children through imaginative and sensory approaches
Team player with excellent communication skills
Open to training and reflection, with a passion for child development
