Role Overview: We are seeking a Creative Director to provide creative leadership across workplace design and build projects, from initial pitch and concept through to construction and completion. This is a senior, hands-on role combining creative vision, client engagement, team leadership and practical project delivery. You will shape compelling design concepts, lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure design intent is maintained while balancing commercial, technical, programme, compliance and sustainability requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead the creative vision and design strategy across workplace projects, from pitch through to completion.
