Creative and Film Director

We are looking for an early-career Film Director to join our in-house London team. RD is a global creative production agency, creating content for clients all over the globe with offices in London, Singapore, New York and Abu Dhabi. From shooting in our sustainable studios, through to animation and VFX post production and original content, you will be working across a wide variety of projects.

The successful candidate will work with the rest of the creative department to devise, pitch and produce campaigns from end-to-end. You will play a pivotal role in responding to briefs with award-winning ideas, pitching them to clients and leading our teams of producers, camera operators and editors to craft those ideas into visually stunning and emotionally impactful campaigns.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the creative department to devise, pitch and produce campaigns from concept to delivery.

Respond to briefs with innovative ideas and lead teams of producers, camera operators and editors to execute campaigns.

Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure projects meet brief, budget and timeline requirements.

Qualifications

1-3 years industry experience (in-house or freelance).

AI Proficiency: Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Sora, Kling, Veo 3) to streamline content creation from concepting to rapid production of social assets.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate concepts and strategies effectively.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
