Crane Supervisor - Edinburgh City CentreSearch Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Crane Supervisor to join our team for ongoing work in Edinburgh City Centre.The RoleWe are seeking a competent and experienced Crane Supervisor to oversee lifting operations on a busy construction site in central Edinburgh.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring lifting operations are carried out safely and efficiently, in line with site procedures, lifting plans and current health and safety requirements.Key Responsibilities Supervising crane and lifting operations on site Ensuring lifting operations are carried out safely and in accordance with the lifting plan Coordinating with crane operators, banksmen and other site personnel Maintaining safe exclusion zones around lifting operations Ensuring site lifting procedures and health and safety requirements are followed Communicating effectively with the site management team Reporting any issues or concerns regarding lifting operationsRequirements Relevant Crane Supervisor / CPCS or NPORS qualification - essential Previous experience supervising lifting operations on construction sites Strong understanding of lifting operations and site safety Excellent communication and organisational skills Reliable, professional and safety-focused approach Ability to work effectively as part of a wider site teamWhat We Offer Ongoing work opportunities Competitive rates of pay Edinburgh City Centre location ..... full job details .....
