Crane Supervisor - Banbury

Duties:

• Supervise complex lifting operations on a major construction project.
• Ensure all lifting activities are carried out safely and in accordance with lift plans.
• Coordinate with Appointed Persons, lift teams, crane operators and site management.
• Conduct pre-lift briefings and monitor lifting operations.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and site regulations.
• Stop unsafe lifting operations where necessary and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• CPCS Crane Supervisor (Essential)
• CPCS Appointed Person (Essential - required due to complexity of lifts; you will not be expected to act as the Appointed Person)
• Previous experience supervising complex lifting operations
• Strong understanding of lifting regulations and safe systems of work

Payment Details:

• PAYE
• -22.91/hr (first 39 hours)
• -34.36/hr (after 39 hours)
• Weekly pay
• Long-term work
