Conduct pre-lift checks, toolbox talks, and risk assessments. Maintain clear communication with crane operators, slingers, and site management. Monitor compliance with health & safety standards at all times. Report any issues, incidents, or safety concerns promptly. Requirements Valid CPCS or NPORS Crane/Lifting Supervisor ticket. Previous experience supervising lifting operations on construction sites. Strong understanding of lifting plans and health & safety regulations. Good communication and leadership skills. Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
